Hey, everyone. Arius here! Today I’ll be sharing a new concept for Brawl Stars, but this time it’s not a Brawler concept. It’s a Game mode concept! So without further delay, let’s begin!
The campaign will be a new game mode, not an event like Bounty or Showdown. It is a new game mode instead of an event simply because it’s unique and unlike the events. It has a completely different mechanism which I’ll explain in greater detail later in this post. In this event, you will be tasked to complete various quests. Completing quests will reward you with coins, elixirs or chips! There will be many different quests, and they will be assigned to players randomly.
As you can see in the picture above, there is a new Campaign mode button next to the setting button. Clicking the link will open a new dialog box which will appear like this:
In the picture above, all the multiplayer options have been grayed out. The bot option is also grayed out, as all the quests essentially involve the bots. There is only one Brawl button that you can click. In addition, the header picture you see directly below the word ‘Campaign’ will keep on changing randomly every time you open this screen. The header image could be the one for Showdown, Heist, Brawl Ball, Smash and Grab, or this one, which is for Bounty.
Clicking the Brawl button will take you to a new screen where you’ll be asked to choose your Brawler.
After choosing your Brawler, the screen will change once again and the game will start just like normal matches. There will be many different maps, landscapes, places, etc., in which you’ll get to play. We’ll talk about the landscapes more when discussing about the Quests.
Before the match begins, the name of the Quest and the objective will be displayed (like the word Brawl appears in normal matches). And yes, after the Quest name and objective is displayed, the word Brawl will appear, indicating the beginning of the match. Everything apart from the map will be exactly the same as normal matches, like the timer, quest specific information, and others.
There will be quite a few quests you will be assigned to complete in Campaign mode. Let’s discuss them now.
Shootout at the Saloon
In this quest, you’ll have to shoot enemy Brawlers controlled by bots. This quest is centered around the town saloon. Standing outside the saloon, your Brawler will be approached by weak enemy bots from different directions. The bots will have very low health and damage and you’ll have to have to take them down. There will be endless waves, each with more, tougher Brawlers to defeat. The higher the wave, the higher the reward. In order to complete the quest, however, you must survive at least 3 waves.
In this quest, each bot will have 10 gems on them, and you will have to get 100 gems in 2 minutes. If you don’t get all 100 gems before the time limit, then you will lose, and you will not get any rewards, except for some experience points.
In this quest, you will be on a medium-sized map that is shaped like a square, and enemy Brawlers will come out from each side on the square. They will try to break out prisoners from your jail, which is located in the center of the map, and you will need to defend against them for 2 minutes. Only the best shall sheriff shall be victorious. If you aren’t able to stop them for at least 1 minute, then you won’t get any rewards except some experience points.
In this quest, you’ll have to defend a group of 20 bots against a wave of 30 enemy bots, outside the town saloon. Their will be an assortment of bots, and they’ll be able to help you fight the enemies as well. If you die, the game ends. The more bots you save in the epic 2-minute showdown, the more you’ll win! If you die before 45 seconds, then you will not get any rewards.
Grab The Boxes
In this quest, there will be different rounds. In each round, 4 elixir crates will spawn randomly, with two bots guarding them. You will have to pick up the elixir crates I n order to advance. Collecting all the quests will make you reach the next round, where the number of crate will increase by one. If you die, you’ll lose all the power-ups and the round will begin again. The more power-ups you collect in 3:30 minutes, the more rewards you will get!
These are all the quests I could come up with for now. I’m always open to suggestions so please comment your quest ideas below if you want me to add them up here! 🙂
The rewards you will get in various events are:
If you don’t meet any of the above criteria, then you’ll get 5xp.
This is all for now. Thanks for reading everyone. I hope you all like it. 🙂 Please leave your views in the comments below.
